Currently, there are Dead by Daylight several events overlapping. This means numerous rewards and getting started has never been easier.
Those who want to have good chances in Dead by Daylight must invest a lot of time at the beginning to unlock the best perks for survivors and killers. This is usually achievable through a lot of grinding. However, this is currently much easier, as there are several events and updates coinciding.
What is happening in Dead by Daylight? After many delays, the “Mid Chapter Patch 3.3.1” has finally been released in Dead by Daylight. This not only started the Halloween event but also brought a blood hunt for a few days and the new feature of the Archives. All three things combined currently provide players with hundreds of thousands of blood points, making farming easy.
What does the Halloween event bring? Through the “Withering Blight” event, there are currently special offerings. The “Pustula Petals” can be used to gain additional blood points during a match. Survivors can repair corrupted generators, while killers must hang survivors on corrupted hooks. Both actions grant a significant bonus of blood points awarded at the end of the match.
Bloodhunt doubles blood points: In addition, the developers have announced a “Bloodhunt” for the Halloween event. This means that from this evening (October 31) until November 4, double blood points will be awarded. This multiplication does not apply to the bonus points from the Halloween offerings or the rewards from the Archives, but “only” to the blood points earned in the game. Still, that’s quite a lot.
The Archives bring blood points: Finally, the system of the Archives has finally been introduced. Players can now undertake and complete various missions to make progress on the Rift, which is rewarded with cosmetic rewards. Each completed mission also grants additional blood points, creating yet another bonus.
In summary, these three bonuses ensure that in the next few days, during an average match, players will rarely earn less than 50,000 blood points. If they also equip perks like “Barbecue & Chili” as a killer or “We’re Gonna Live Forever” as a survivor, even more blood points can be obtained. This can easily mean getting up to 80,000 to 90,000 blood points.

Dead by Daylight is currently cheap: Aside from the bonus blood points, buying Dead by Daylight is also worth it, at least on PC. The base game is currently 50% off and costs only €10. The various DLCs are each reduced by about 40%.
Due to all these actions, there is currently a true rain of blood points, making unlocking perks, add-ons, and offerings a piece of cake. It’s almost a bit unfortunate that I need to focus so much on BlizzCon this weekend…
