BioWare has announced a new update for Anthem. It is supposed to address a particularly nasty loot issue: items for the wrong class.
This is the problem: Many players find that there is too little good loot in Anthem. Although they are usually drowned in epic rewards, the good stuff, Masterwork and Legendary, is quite rare.
It gets particularly bad when players are rewarded with good components, but they are for a Javelin that they do not play. Some players report about exactly this problem in the Anthem subreddit.

These are the early patch notes for the Anthem update on Monday
Update should fix the problem: As community manager Jesse Anderson has now communicated via Twitter, a new patch for Anthem will be rolled out on Monday, April 8th.
- This update is mainly supposed to address the issue with components for the “wrong” Javelin.
- Additionally, rewards from the Elysian Store will now be displayed directly after the strongholds.
- Moreover, the news in the game should be fixed: Players have not been shown any news at the start of the game since patch 1.04.
The update should be released around 4 pm our time. Before that, the complete patch notes should be published.

This is what the players say: Most players are happy that Anthem is addressing the big issue with the components for the wrong of the four Javelin.
Some players wonder why they even receive drops for a Javelin they are not currently playing.
It is argued that this is a feature that was exactly planned that way. Players should also receive parts for Javelin that they do not play so that they do not only focus on one class and then have to farm loot with the others. However, the current chance of receiving components for other Javelin is considered too high.
