Anthem comes with various difficulties. Overall, there are 6 difficulty levels in Anthem – we explain how the levels differ and why Grandmaster 3 should be your main goal.
These difficulties are available in Anthem at the beginning: If you play Anthem, initially you can choose between three different difficulty levels:

It gets really tough in Grandmaster
Later on, it continues with Grandmaster 1-3, once you have unlocked these levels. These higher difficulties are particularly rewarding for you. However, they also come with dangers.
The endgame of Anthem: After you have completed your training in Anthem, you enter the endgame. This is referred to as “Elder Game” in Anthem.
There you should equip yourself with the strongest gear and the best weapons you can find. In higher difficulty levels, you will find rarer gear. However, the enemies also hit harder and can take more damage.
How to unlock Grandmaster in Anthem? You can only select the additional difficulty levels once you have reached the maximum level of 30.

Why should you play Grandmaster? As reported by IGN, you have the best chances of finding the strongest gear in Anthem in Grandmaster. However, the risk is also high. Grandmaster significantly boosts enemies, increasing their health points and damage by up to 3,100%.
