After a year-long break, the Twitter account of Anthem has something to say. But what does it want to tell the fans?
The developers at BioWare are currently giving fans hope that the game “Anthem” will soon be revealed. Now, just a few days before the E3 2018, there is a tweet with a mysterious message. The message indicates that news is coming.
BioWare Hints at Something for Anthem – Fans’ Excitement is Rising
Since its presentation last year at E3, there has been relatively little news about Anthem. But now, something is happening in the shooter’s social media.
On Facebook, the cover photo of the Anthem page has been changed. And the official Twitter account of the game has posted a mysterious message. This is the first activity on Twitter since June 2017.
The message is structured in three parts. “Decoding” appears everywhere, but the text becomes clearer each time. Fans conclude that the decoding seems to be nearly complete and a reveal is imminent.
What exactly this reveal will bring is unclear. We already know that there will be an “inside look” during the EA Play event. The event runs from June 9 to 11. So perhaps the decoding is related to the EA Play event. Now fans hope to get a closer look at Anthem before the EA expo.
Hype Among Fans
In the subreddit for Anthem, fans are excited about the news. User GuiHayashida writes, “I need to resist the hype! Screw it, HYPE TRAAIIIN”. Other users encourage the Twitter account to decode its mysterious message faster.
With this tweet, the developers have really stirred up excitement among gaming fans.
Anthem is a shared-world shooter where you blast your way through monsters and other dangers with your exosuit. The zones in Anthem are supposed to be larger than in Destiny 2.
