It was said the whole time by EA and BioWare that the Head Start of Anthem would be on February 15.
However, due to the display in Origin, many assumed that the release would be on the night of February 14. The assumptions suggest that this was probably a display error in Origin.

Developers confirm date in stream
The confusion in the community (Reddit) was great. Because different release dates for the Early Access start in Origin have been shown so far.
However, the developers confirmed in an official dev stream that the release will be worldwide on February 15 at 4:00 PM.
Anthem has another official release: Players who have access to Origin Access or Origin Access Premier can participate in the Head Start on February 15. This applies only to PC and Xbox One.
The official release of Anthem is on February 22.
