What kind of build is this? The Lightning Spear Huntress is a currently popular build in Path of Exile 2, allowing players to take out dozens of enemies on the screen effortlessly with just one click. It uses the ability “Lightning Spear”, which fires numerous lightning bolts in all directions with each spear hit, flooding the entire screen with attacks.
Players celebrate the build mainly for its high clear speed, but it also has no trouble with bosses in the endgame, provided you manage to acquire good gear. The build currently benefits greatly from the current balancing as well as the support gems and items that favor critical hits and movement speed.

How does the build work? As the name suggests, the build revolves completely around upgrading the ability “Lightning Spear” and using it as a full-fledged attack against enemies. The build relies heavily on becoming as fast as possible, which helps not only for good grinding efficiency but also for damage.
In gameplay, you want to enhance your “Lightning Spear” ability with the support gem “Volt”, which ensures that you shoot even more lightning bolts than you already do with the Lightning Spear, greatly increasing your damage and the chance to take out all enemies at once. However, you need to move quickly and a lot.
For this, you use the unique item “The Black Insignia Corsair Cap”, which grants you the buff “Tailwind” whenever you land a critical hit, which should happen almost with every attack. The buff can stack up to 10 times, giving you 10% more movement speed as well as higher evasion chances and ability speed. However, the buff disappears if you get hit.
Once you have set up your setup, you run as much as possible through the map and throw your “Lightning Spear” at the enemies. The resulting chain reaction should wipe out all enemies on the screen immediately. By the time you reach the next enemies, “Volt” has fully recharged, as you have run enough.
