What kind of Pokémon is this? Frospino is a Pokémon from the Paldea region that debuted in Pokémon GO in early September 2023.
It belongs to the pseudo-legendary Pokémon and has two evolutions: Cryospino and Espinodon. Espinodon is one of the best ice attackers in Pokémon GO.
However, getting Frospino, let alone the candies for Cryospino and Espinodon, is quite difficult. Because the monster is still cursed rare.
How to get Frospino and have you had success?
How to get Frospino: Currently, there are two options to encounter Frospino:
- The first option is the 10-kilometer eggs. It is one of the possible hatching options, but it is one of the rarest. Only Ignivor is even harder to obtain when it comes to hatching.
- The second option is the wild. According to some trainers, Frospino can still be found in the wild with a lot of luck, but that also hardly happens. However, it is said that you have better chances in windy or snowy weather.
Still: The situations resemble those of monsters like Kaumalat or Miniras, which were extremely difficult to obtain at first.
