Since the end of July, AMD’s new Ryzen processors have been available for purchase. However, the Ryzen processors are hardly available anymore. Now, AMD’s strongest Ryzen is orderable from a seller, along with more information about the Ryzen 9 3950X. The processor is expected to be available soon.
AMD has made a real hit with its new Ryzen 3000 series. Many want to buy the Ryzen processors, but by now processors like the Ryzen 9 3900X are hardly available or only available at high prices. Now, on the page of a retailer, AMD’s strongest processor is orderable, the Ryzen 9 3950X.
AMD’s Flagship Ryzen 9 3950X Listed at Swiss Retailer
The Swiss retailer www.digitec.ch is currently offering the previously unknown processor from AMD for sale at 999 Swiss Francs. This equals about 911 Euros. According to the site, the sales start is on September 30, 2019. However, the seller also points out that delivery in September is not guaranteed.

AMD Ryzen 9 3950X Offers More Cores Than the AMD Ryzen 3900X
According to digitec.ch, the new Ryzen 9 3950X has 16 cores and 32 threads. The single core clocks at 3.50 GHz and offers a turbo clock frequency of 4.70 GHz. Thus, the Ryzen 9 3950X clocks slightly lower than the AMD Ryzen 9 3900X, which has a clock frequency of 3.80 GHz but only has 12 cores.
Who Is the Ryzen 9 3950X Interesting For?
Processor for Multitasking: Many cores and many threads can handle many tasks. Especially professional photo editing, film rendering, and other CPU-intensive programs require many cores.
New Ryzen with High Performance: If you need a lot of performance and run many processes simultaneously and have many programs running in parallel, then the Ryzen 9 3950X can be quite interesting for you.
For fewer processes or for pure office users, another Ryzen could also be worthwhile. Find out here, if an upgrade to a 3000 series Ryzen is worth it for you.
AMD Promises: Ryzen 9350X and Intel’s i9 9960X Should Be Comparable

The Ryzen 9 3950X was officially announced this year at the E3 (via Gamestar) with a price of 749 dollars. A Core i9 9960X costs around 1500 US dollars in comparison. Thus, the new AMD CPU would be significantly cheaper to purchase than Intel’s CPU. AMD also promised at E3 that both 16-core CPUs should be comparable.
