The comparable GeForce RTX 5070 Ti from Nvidia is priced at 749 US dollars, making it significantly more expensive. AMD aims to align with this graphics card using its new naming scheme.
However, the German prices are likely to be higher. Typically, graphics cards in Germany cost 50 to 100 euros more. Therefore, the RX 9070 XT may be closer to 700 euros, when it becomes available.
