The MMORPG The Elder Scrolls Online has 9 raids, known as trials, for you. We wanted to know from you in a survey which ones are your favorites. Here are the results in the ranking.
The base game of The Elder Scrolls Online already had trials for 12 people in store. With each new chapter, a raid was added, and now you can fight your way through 9 different raids.
You have the choice between the normal mode and a veteran version. This more difficult version can be upgraded by activating the hard mode. We wanted to know from you in a survey which of the 9 trials you like the most.
Each of you could only cast one vote. We will reveal to you in the coming pages how your ranking of the raids looks. The list starts with the least popular raid and ends with the most popular.
9. Sanctum Ophidia
The Sanctum Ophidia is at the bottom of the list with 2.05% of your votes.
What kind of raid is it? The Sanctum Ophidia is one of the trials from the base game and is located in the north of Kargstein.
It is a beautiful ancient temple that brings a lot of trash mobs. This term refers to small enemies outside the boss fights. It is not the hardest raid by itself; however, it offers many opportunities to accidentally wipe your entire group if you make a mistake.

- Possessed Manticore – A creature made up of various animals
- Stonebreaker – A heavily armored monster
- Ozara – A lamia with a typical snake body
- The Serpent – Contrary to the name, an enemy on two legs that creates manticores
7. Aetherial Archive
The Aetherial Archive shares 7th place with 5.48% of your votes.
What kind of raid is it? The Aetherial Archive is a trial from the base game and is located in the east of Kargstein. Your task is to bring the celestial sorceress, one of the three guardians of Tamriel, back to her senses.
She has retreated to her magical tower after the wicked deeds of the Serpent. You must explore this tower and defeat several bosses along the way.

- The Stormatronach – A giant stormatronach
- The Foundationatronach – A living rock chunk
- Valariel, the Will-o’-the-Wisp Mother – A spectral apparition
- The Celestial Sorceress – The embodied avatar of the celestial sorceress
7. Sanctorium Institute
The second 7th place is also with 5.48% of your votes, the Sanctorium Institute.
What kind of raid is it? The Sanctorium Institute is the raid introduced with the Clockwork City chapter. Three saints were imprisoned there, who went insane due to some experiments.
Over time, the visits from residents who wanted to offer sacrifices to the saints or seek help from the resident psychiatrists increased.
The players’ task is now to support the doctors in the Sanctorium and keep the saints in check, who are about to go out of control.
