In Fortnite, new weapons have been added to the loot pool thanks to Chapter 3. Since they did not exist before, we will show you on MeinMMO which weapons these are and what stats they can exhibit.
Where do the weapon stats come from? The information about the weapon values refers to the existing values that can be read from the weapons menu in the inventory. To gather all weapon stats, we created a custom map and collected all weapon values in Creative mode.
These are all new weapons in Chapter 3 Season 1
Fortnite has added a new weapon for almost every weapon category. All old weapons have been moved to the vault. Therefore, you can expect seven new weapons on the new map:
- Ranger Assault Rifle
- Mk-7 Assault Rifle
- Striker Shotgun
- Automatic Shotgun
- Hand Cannon
- Stinger SMG
- Lever Action Shotgun
Ranger Assault Rifle
What kind of weapon is this? This is an assault rifle that is effective at medium to long distances. The Ranger has a slow rate of fire, but makes up for it with high damage. However, you will struggle in close combat with this gun.

Mk-7 Assault Rifle
What kind of weapon is this? This is the first rifle in Fortnite that has a red dot sight. With this, you can switch to first-person mode when aiming to place your shots more accurately. Furthermore, the weapon has a high rate of fire and performs well at all distances.

- Reload time: 3.4 – 2.8 seconds (depending on quality)

Striker Shotgun
What kind of weapon is this? Not quite as strong as the well-known pump shotgun, but still devastating is the Striker. It deals massive damage in close combat, but suffers at greater distances due to its wide spread.

Automatic Shotgun
What kind of weapon is this? This is a fully automatic shotgun. It doesn’t fire as fast as the drum shotgun, but it compensates for that with significantly more damage. The special feature of this weapon is that when reloading, two shells are loaded into the magazine. This allows you to reload faster, despite the long reload time.

- Reload time: 6.2 – 5.1 seconds (depending on quality)
- Magazine size: 8 bullets

Hand Cannon
What kind of weapon is this? A new pistol focused on medium distance. The Hand Cannon has a heavy recoil but also more damage. It unleashes its true power when you fire focused single shots.

- Reload time: 1.54 – 1.33 seconds (depending on quality)
- Magazine size: 15 bullets

Stinger SMG
What kind of weapon is this? Fortnite has had many SMGs, but the Stinger SMG stands out, as its name suggests. With its good range, it can excel not just at close range but also from a distance. With it, you can bring down any wall and surprise the enemy.

Lever Action Rifle
What kind of weapon is this? This hunting rifle lives up to its name with its long-lasting capabilities. Unusually for snipers in Fortnite, this rifle has a magazine capacity of 3 shots. Additionally, with good accuracy, you will inflict fatal damage that sends any opponent to their demise.
