We asked you in a survey about the best assault rifle in Call of Duty: Warzone 2. You voted and the result is surprising. We show you your favorite and what makes it so special.

TAQ-56 surpasses the entry-level assault rifle
Our survey focused on the best assault rifle in Warzone 2. It had to consider which rifle is also effective at long ranges and, above all, accurate. The surprising part, however, is that a rather inferior rifle took the lead.
The M4 is known not only for being one of the best assault rifles, but you can also equip and improve it right from the start. Additionally, the M4 has better base stats than the TAQ-56, yet you chose not to go with the M4.

Players who have played MW3 will know the TAQ-56 like the back of their hand. The rifle closely resembles the SCAR-L and plays just like it. Eleven years ago, the SCAR-L was a very solid choice in multiplayer mode. It could cover very long distances and was extremely stable. Very good conditions that the rifle also brings to Warzone 2.
In addition, the TAQ-56 has a lower rate of fire than the M4, which allows for better recoil control. So if you are looking for a powerful rifle with strong stability and devastating damage, the new SCAR-L is a great choice.
