We asked you which weapons you will take into battle at the release of the new MMO New World. We have evaluated the survey and now present all weapons in your ranking.
How do weapons work in New World? In the new MMORPG, you can use two weapons simultaneously and switch between them with one button, similar to Guild Wars 2 and ESO. This can also be done in combat and has no cooldown.
You can assign three active skills for each weapon, allowing you to find a playstyle that suits you. Each weapon scales with a different main attribute, drawing its damage from a different value. While a war axe inflicts greater damage with more strength, you need dexterity for the bow.
How did the voting go? In several articles about the new MMO New World, we asked you which weapons interest you the most and which ones you prefer. 1,415 users participated in the survey and paint a clear picture.
You could vote for more than one weapon, resulting in a total of 2,323 votes, from which we can determine the ranking of the weapons in New World. The survey was evaluated on 14.09.2021. But without further ado, let’s get started with the weapons in New World, from unpopular to popular.
