The fantasy MMORPG Aion has received patch 4.75 in Europe, while in the USA a turmoil with “Upheaval” is coming with 4.8.
A news post that, to be honest, is already a few days old: On June 17, patch 4.75 for Aion, the Free2Play MMO from NCSoft, was released in Europe. It is distributed in Europe by Gameforge.
The patch introduces a new powerful boss encounter called “Antriksha’s Ascendant Place” and also allows items to be upgraded beyond their maximum enchantment level. Here are the German patch notes for 4.75.
In the USA, they are already a good bit further along, as Aion is managed by the original developer NCSoft. On the same day, the larger content patch 4.8 “Upheaval” was released, which brought two new zones, revamped the stigma system, and also delivered a fresh raid. One of the zones Cygnea we have already introduced to you, here is the other one: Enshar.
For Europeans, this is still a glimpse into a distant future, a reality for US players.
