What happens in the chapter? The fight against Saturn continues. Bonney, in her new form, and Luffy are fighting against a member of the 5 Wise, while Vegapunk continues his announcement to the world. Bonney and Luffy are doing quite well.
Bonney reflects on her past with tears, and together with Luffy, she performs a tag team move against Saturn. However, the most interesting part of the chapter is what Vegapunk has to say. He speaks of the cruel deeds of the government and the One Piece.

How powerful is the One Piece?
What is Vegapunk talking about in the current chapter? Vegapunk starts by talking about the Lost Century. He explains that the sinking of the continent was caused by humans using weapons. He is probably referring to the Ancient Weapons.
In the chapter, we see panels featuring ViVi, Shirahoshi, Skypia, Pudding, and King. Vegapunk also mentions here that the World Government is trying to kill descendants of lost civilizations. In the panel with King, we can see that a reward is given for providing information to the government. King belongs to the Lunarians, an ancient people, with the ability to produce fire on their bodies. Kuma and Pudding also belong to a forgotten folk.
At the end of the chapter, he speaks about the One Piece. The people who do not let themselves be oppressed are the ones who are closest to the truth. Roger initiated this. The One Piece has the power to change the fate of the world. In this regard, he also mentions that one cannot stop the tide.
He also says that the person who finds the One Piece will not necessarily be the legendary Joy Boy. In this chapter, it becomes clear that the One Piece is meant to be more than just a simple treasure or a concept. Vegapunk hints that Roger had a bigger plan for the age of pirates.
