In Call of Duty: Warzone bugs during heated battles are actually not welcome. But when a weapon spontaneously transforms into a dog, even the toughest soldiers laugh.
This is about a bug: In the shooter series CoD, dogs are absolute fan favorites. However, in the current installment Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, they do not appear as your allies in battle, but loyally trot next to you in the lobby or finish off careless enemies. In Warzone, the four-legged friends apparently found another task – to entertain soldiers with bugs.
A reddit user showed exactly such a bug in a video. In the funny clip, you can see how his AX-50 sniper transforms into the famous dog Riley after his death. And then patiently waits next to his fallen master.

Was this a one-time occurrence? No, other players report under the clip that they have also noticed dogs to loot. But each time the dog turns out to be a weapon. Due to the strange bug, the game seems to simply load the wrong model.
I can confirm! I once found a dog and thought I had literally found a secret killstreak or something. But it was just a weapon.

This is what the community says: Players discuss on reddit what the cause of the bug could be. Some believe it has to do with the equipped finisher move. However, according to the creator of the video, it cannot be to blame, as he did not carry the dog as an execution in the match.
Most viewers, however, are not so much interested in the causes and are visibly amused. Statements like “This is freaking hilarious” or “Your sniper is a good boy” can be found.
