The new season of League of Legends has started and brings with it not only many changes to gameplay and champions but also an unpleasant bug. With a simple misclick, you could ruin the entire round.
What happens with a wrong mouse click? Since the early days of League of Legends, recalling has been an important and valuable ability that can be used by any champion. The bug caused you to sell your recall with a right click in your team’s base.
How could the round be ruined because of this? Normally, sold items should return to the inventory with the “Undo” function, but unfortunately, that doesn’t work with the recall. The button disappears completely and cannot be retrieved by any method.
The recall is an integral part of League of Legends. Every champion has to return to base at some point to heal or buy items. If you can’t recall, you will lose many valuable seconds or even minutes. In addition to the lost time, another reason is that you sometimes find yourself in situations where it is impossible to reach your base safely. In this case, a recall is inevitable.

Fortunately, the bug was quickly discovered
How was the bug found? Youtuber Vandiril uploaded a video titled “Riot finally added something INCREDIBLE!” on April 29, in which he demonstrates the bug and then tries to get the recall back, but without success.
In addition to the video, there was also a Reddit post by the player sidknecht, whose ADC accidentally sold his recall in the middle of the round. After sidknecht did not believe him, he tested it himself and warned the community about the bug.

Has Riot already fixed the bug? Severe bugs like selling the recall lead to high frustration among players and need to be fixed as quickly as possible. After the bug became public, Riot responded after several hours and had their community manager comment under the Reddit post:
- “Hey everyone! We’ve released a fix for this, you should no longer be able to sell your recall. Sorry to all who wanted to relive the pure ‘No Recall’ gameplay. (I mean, you can theoretically still try.)”, writes RiotSakaar, the community manager.
