A keen player has taken a closer look at the artwork from GTA 6. In doing so, he came across a character that you might recognize from another game by developer Rockstar.
Where can the secret character be seen? In an official image, the character Cal Hampton is shown relaxing with a drink. He is wearing a floral shirt and shorts, making his tattoos stand out.
You can take a closer look at the image on the X account of GTAVoclock:

On his right leg, upon closer inspection, a tattoo of a pig’s head can be seen. Since a shoulder is visible next to the head, it seems to be a hybrid creature with a human body. The creature is missing its left eye.
Since Cal Hampton is a conspiracy theorist, the X user believes that the tattoo could represent a real character in the game.
Piggsy from Manhunt is an Easter egg in GTA 6
Who is that? The creature with the pig’s head is a character from Manhunt, a title developed by Rockstar. The game was released in 2003 in Europe for PlayStation 2 but was indexed in Germany. The reason for this is the extreme depictions of violence present in the game.
The character depicted in the tattoo is Piggsy. He is one of the antagonists in the game and wields a chainsaw. The pig’s head is just a mask that he has pulled over his face. In reality, the character is a cannibalistic mass murderer.
As can also be seen in the tattoo, Piggsy’s pig mask has only one eye. The left one is missing. Although it is not officially confirmed that the tattoo represents Piggsy, all the clues point in that direction.
How might he appear? There was already a myth about Piggsy in GTA San Andreas, which unfortunately turned out to be a mod in many cases. The character only officially appeared as a 3D action figure in a store.
As a result, some players are confident in the comments on X that Manhunt will only appear as a video game or popular film series in GTA 6. The two franchises would not exist in the same universe, which would exclude an appearance. This fits with the idea that Cal Hampton, as a conspiracy theorist, has tattoos of mystical figures that do not even exist.
However, Carcer City, the city from Manhunt, has already been mentioned in radio broadcasts from GTA 3 and GTA Liberty City. The corrupt Manhunt cop Gary Schaffer is also mentioned in news broadcasts from GTA 3. Accordingly, it may be that some characters will spill over into GTA 6 – in whatever form.
Either way, it’s nice to see that Rockstar hasn’t forgotten its own 23-year-old game, even though it wasn’t released in every country around the world. The PC platform Steam recently removed several games from the store that, while not known for their brutality, are infamous for their risqué references: Steam has just removed 7 of the most notorious games in PC history, but you can still buy them elsewhere
