To obtain the coveted Mythic Uniques in Diablo 4, you need the right materials and a bit of luck. One player utilized an activity and even received three mythical items from a chest.
What activity did he use? A player reports on Reddit that he had special luck in the Under City of Kurast and was able to snag three Mythic Uniques from the reward chest. The Under City of Kurast is a multi-phase dungeon where you level up, loot, and race against the clock. A timer counts down relentlessly after you start your run, but you extend it by killing monsters and completing events.
Additionally, there are so-called Tributes throughout Sanctuary with which you can specifically improve certain loot chances. These Tributes – just like the Under City – are exclusive content of the first expansion “Vessel of Hatred”.

Here’s how he got the Mythics: According to his post, the player used the Tribute of Ascendance – a special item that increases the chance for Mythics. Apparently with full success. His comment on this: “The mythical tribute in the Under City went a bit crazy.” Additionally, he opted for the arrangement “Legendary Offensive Items”.

In another Reddit post, another player also reports his loot luck in the Under City. He also used the tribute for increased Mythic chances, along with the arrangement “More Armor” and received two Mythics. One of them even with 4GA (greater affixes), plus some GA-Uniques and GA-Legendarys.
If you don’t possess any Tributes of Ascendance or even any edition of Vessel of Hatred, you can still farm Mythics – for instance, through the Hideout bosses. You can summon them without materials. After the fight, however, you can open the boss chests with the mats, where a Mythic might await you with some luck.
