A live-action trailer has been released for The Division 2. It shows you what is worth fighting for.
New trailer released: Ubisoft has unveiled a fresh live-action trailer for The Division 2. This one is called “Drawing” – and it is directed by Danish director Nicolas Winding Refn.
The video description states: “When everything fell apart. When everything was taken from us. What is there left to fight for?”

This is what the trailer “Drawing” is about
Little action, but a lot of emotion: Those expecting gunfights, explosions, and a lot of action in a “The Division 2” trailer will see a different side of the upcoming shared-world shooter in this trailer.
The image shows a man looking at a child’s drawing with sad eyes. A woman speaks in the background about the man’s inner self.
He does not know why he has kept this picture. It is no better than the other drawings of his child. It cannot feed him, nor will it keep him warm. And it cannot protect him either.
It is just a picture – but it is the only plan the man has. The only thing worth fighting for.
The man is obviously a Division agent, portrayed here not as a soulless killer, but as a human with emotions. A man driven by the memory of his presumably deceased child. For whom the picture of his child holds the highest significance.

Praise for the trailer: In the comments, the community celebrates the trailer. Ubisoft just knows how to make trailers, they say. It is “epic” and generates pure anticipation. The hype train has also left the station. One user hopes the game will be as good as this trailer.
Another states that this live-action trailer shows how strong the “The Division” film could be. However, there has been no new information about the movie adaptation for a long time.
Ubisoft also points out with this trailer that the open beta of The Division 2 will be available to everyone from March 1 to 4.
