In the week of November 22 to 28, Mortal Online 2 was released on Steam. Additionally, we have written several news articles about WoW, New World, and other MMORPGs. We have gathered them in this weekly review for you.
What was the highlight of the week?
- A new MMORPG, Mortal Online 2, has been released in Early Access on Steam. It targets fans of PvP and hardcore content.
- It has received 73% positive reviews on Steam so far.
- MeinMMO editor Alexander Leitsch has already played it for you: I have been playing MMORPGs for 15 years: I have died more often in none than in Mortal Online 2.
The controversy of the week: In New World, there was a rollback because some players received too much gold. After the rollback, another problem occurred since some players are now missing items they are supposed to get back later.

Few players in WoW, major rework in Black Desert
This is what happened with the major MMORPGs:
- A YouTuber calculates how few players WoW Shadowlands still has one year after release. On the other hand, WoW Classic is currently experiencing a small hype because the Season of Mastery has brought some useful changes.
- Final Fantasy XIV Endwalker is starting for pre-orders next week. Therefore, we have compiled useful settings for Endwalker and adjusted our beginner’s guide for FFXIV .
- Black Desert is bringing a major overhaul of a total of 17 classes still in 2021.
- New World only received a small patch this week. However, there was praise for the MMORPG from streamer shroud and he explains why some don’t have fun with it.
- In Guild Wars 2, the next beta event for the elite specializations has been announced. From November 30 to December 4, you can test all 9 classes (via GW2). Furthermore, the new Siege Turtle was presented (via GW2).

- Albion Online has released the new patch Lands Awakened with a revision of the Open World (via AlbionOnline).
- Swords of Legends Online has released the new raid Sparkwood Garden (via Gameforge).

- The sandbox game Profane has revealed new details about the weather system, and how it is supposed to affect combat (via Twitter).
