The indie developer studio Usual Suspect presented a new open-world game called “It’s Only Money” on August 18, which will be available on Steam. Comparisons to GTA Online are already being made.
What kind of game is it? It’s Only Money is an open-world game from the indie developer studio Usual Suspects, which describes itself as a “low-life simulation”.
You can play the crazy title from a third-person perspective with up to 3 friends in online co-op. While the gameplay is reminiscent of GTA Online, the graphic style is somewhat similar to the pirate adventure Sea of Thieves.
On which platforms will the game be released? It’s Only Money will be available on Steam . However, nothing is currently known about a console release.
When is the release? At this time (August 19), no official release date is known. Meanwhile, the Steam page of the game reveals that the title is set to be “coming soon”.
Mayor punishes low net worth
What is the game about? It’s Only Money takes place in the city of Rockhaven. There, an evil mayor punishes anyone with a net worth that is too low. The description on Steam mentions that the affected individuals are thrown “into a hole in the undercity.” This apparently refers to a place or an area beneath the actual city.
What activities does the game offer? As a punished resident, you venture out of the undercity and try to take back the city from the evil mayor.
You can steal money from wealthy individuals and spend it as well. You have access to not only houses but also businesses, clothing, and even cars.
On your journey through Rockhaven, you will also be able to utilize various skills and items. Usual Suspects mentions breaking into cars and pickpocketing as examples. There are also expected to be missions and activities.

How is the game received? Since It’s Only Money has not yet been released, there are also no player reviews for this crazy title. Even the trailer on YouTube has largely flown under the radar of the gaming world – as of August 19, it has 1,866 views.
