SUPERVIVE has entered Open Beta and is available for everyone to play. After the demo was successful at the Steam Next Fest, the new version is also likely to find many fans.
What is SUPERVIVE? The game is an unusual mix of various genres. On one hand, you view the battlefield from above like in a MOBA, for instance League of Legends. However, you control the various heroes directly and aim with the mouse – similar to a shooter. In terms of modes, the game follows the Battle Royale principle, or offers an arena mode.
At the Steam Next Fest, SUPERVIVE was one of the most popular games and attracted up to 16,877 concurrent players. The unusual concept seemed to please many users.
The wait is now over, and SUPERVIVE can be played by everyone. However, the game is not yet finished; the current version is a beta. Nevertheless, interested players can try it out for free.

What does SUPERVIVE offer? If you enjoy fast-paced and action-packed battles, the genre mix could be something for you. With one of 16 selectable heroes, you will compete against each other in teams while being quite mobile, running, jumping, and gliding around.
Although the game is still unfinished, it already offers various modes and features that have been somewhat expanded compared to the demo:
- Battle Royale in team mode (4 players per team)
- Battle Royale in duo (i.e., two players per team)
- Arena (4 against 4 players)
- Special event modes that are unlocked depending on the occasion
- Numerous powers and equipment items that can be combined
According to the developer, the heroes and the numerous customization options during matches allow for exciting games. It should be possible to turn around matches that were thought to be lost even at the last moment.
How can you participate in the beta? SUPERVIVE has been released on Steam, and interested players can simply take advantage of it there. The game can be downloaded for free from the official shop page.
A proud number of players have already done so. The game was only released on November 20, 2024, but has already reached a player peak of over 23,200 concurrent users (via steamdb.info). This is remarkable for a game of this magnitude.
How is the game received? On Steam, the first players have given their reviews, resulting in a “very positive” rating. The mix of various genres is particularly praised, which feels fresh and new. SUPERVIVE takes the good elements of the genres and leaves out the bad ones. Moreover, the game runs smoothly.
