Surprisingly, Ubisoft released a new teaser trailer online that deals with Far Cry. According to the video, the next part will take place in the future of Far Cry 5.
But this is just a small teaser. For the worldwide reveal, fans are to watch the stream from The Game Awards 2018 on Thursday, December 6.
What happens in the trailer? A narrator’s voice mentions that no one was prepared for the end. The video shows an atomic mushroom cloud. The flames would have consumed everything, and the world eventually became cold and dark.
After some time, a new world emerged and hope was felt. But with this hope, one was mistaken. Then the video ends, leaving fans wondering what happened next.
It seems that the new installment is post-apocalyptic. There are interesting weapons like a crossbow that shoots saw blades. So it somewhat resembles Fallout 76.
Is there any information about the release? So far, nothing is known about a possible name or release. The trailer only refers to “Far Cry”. Hopefully, more information about the release will be available during the Game Awards 2018.
