Many people use AI tools like ChatGPT in their daily lives. One person has now come up with a particularly cool idea to reduce his weight.
The Corona pandemic has more or less passed at this point, but many may still know one side effect: the extra weight gained from spending so much time at home that one just can’t seem to shake off.
A man named Greg Mushen has now lost more than 12 kg thanks to tips from AI. It has even come to the point where he now feels like exercising every day. He shared the whole story on Twitter.
With advice from AI, users lose over 12 kg
How did he do it? Initially, the user did not like running at all and believed that running sessions would be much easier if they were fun for him. Together with ChatGPT, he started to develop a training plan that should change that to make him “addicted” to running sessions and get fit again.
- He should always leave his shoes where he could see them.
- Additionally, the AI recommended to schedule a running appointment in his calendar.
- Another tip was to start with “just” walking and then gradually increase the pace towards jogging.
In addition, there were plenty of other helpful tips that would allow the training to align with Mushen’s own rhythm. He even started working on his diet at some point.
How long did it take him? After a certain period, the user admitted that it didn’t take long before he trained for 6 consecutive days. Even though it then took almost 30 days before he managed to run more than 1 kilometer at a stretch.
In the end, he not only managed to shed the extra pounds gained during the Corona pandemic but also lost an additional 12 kilograms. And that in just 3 months.
Additionally, there is another positive side effect: he now looks forward to getting up early and running every morning. This way, the lost kilos are unlikely to return.
Tools like ChatGPT are changing the daily lives of many people
Every day, more than a hundred million users utilize computer-generated tools or programs like ChatGPT. Many use artificial intelligence to manage their daily lives or to simplify or shorten work processes. This way, the AI takes over boring or annoying tasks that one would otherwise have to do manually with great effort.
For this reason, a CEO of a company pays for the paid Pro subscription of ChatGPT for his colleagues. In this way, his employees have more time for other things, and he also saves money because he needs to hire fewer people:
