Meet the different members of troubleshooters
What does the gameplay in TROUBLESHOOTER: Abandoned Children look like? The main character Albus establishes her own troubleshooter company and gradually recruits different members.
Each of the troubleshooters has individual backgrounds and stories that you will get to know in over 100 different missions.
With your team of freelance police officers, you fight crime on the streets of Valhalla: take down criminals and rescue civilians.
Each character in the game has a class that can be leveled up. Depending on how high the character ranks, their role in the troubleshooter company also changes.
Additionally, characters can gain specific abilities. For example, you can defeat certain enemies to copy their unique powers onto your own characters.
TROUBLESHOOTER: Abandoned Children is planned to be expanded with multiplayer content in the future; however, it is currently still a single-player game.
But even now, the game provides you with a comprehensive package of content. You can play for up to 100 hours to complete the main and side stories. If you want to finish TROUBLESHOOTER: Abandoned Children 100%, it will take an average of 186 hours (via howlongtobeat.com).
Note: German is not supported in the game. However, you can play TROUBLESHOOTER: Abandoned Children in English.

In the reviews, many players express their enthusiasm for the game and praise it as one of their favorite RPGs:
- lastcard: ‘One of the best turn-based RPGs of all time.’
- Rimu: ‘Fun game with likable characters. Sometimes the missions drag on a bit too long, but that could also be because I play too cautiously.’
- DerBK: ‘This game is insane. The sheer amount of content in this game overshadows full-priced games with 5 DLCs. And the best part is that it’s quality content that actually improves the game. […] This game deserves awards. For me, it’s a 10/10, and I’m eagerly awaiting the next DLC. Whatever Dandylion [the developer studio] comes out with next will be an instant Day-1 purchase for me.’
– the gameplay of X-Com
– the story of Final Fantasy
– the systems of a grindy MMORPG, since you can repeat missions with different difficulty levels
Definitely a unique gaming experience that should be much better known.
How much does TROUBLESHOOTER: Abandoned Children cost? On Steam, you can currently get the game for €22.99. The bundle “TROUBLESHOOTER: Art Collection” costs €38.83 and includes soundtracks and art books as digital extras in addition to the game (as of January 18, 2023).
