In Destiny 2, not only hackers are causing chaos in the Crucible. Wild Titans with swords and a specific Exotic are rampaging in PvP mode with no mercy. We show you what combination that is and what it can do.
What kind of combination is this? In the selected combination, your Titan equips any sword of their choice, followed by the exotic gauntlets “Handheld Supernova”.
With this selection, you are able to intercept as many projectiles as you can. As usual, the sword consumes ammunition after every block. This Exotic allows you to not lose any ammunition even while blocking.
Many Titans currently use either Synthoceps or Dunemarchers in PvP to keep up. However, with this dusty Exotic, you can bring some variety to PvP and leave some opponents speechless.
Titans block everything, even Nova Bombs
The Reddit user Zeron9119 demonstrates in his recorded video how he effortlessly takes down some Guardians with the combination.
While blocking, he attracts shots from Guardians, drawing attention to himself. His teammates then have the chance to eliminate confused enemy troops without problems. Other Guardians who want to end the show with their super are also sent to the virtual afterlife by the blocked super.
How does the Exotic “Handheld Supernova” work? The exotic gauntlets for Titans give you increased resilience stats, allowing you to take more damage before going down. Furthermore, blocking does not waste any ammunition. However, caution is advised, as shots from enemies can still deal a bit of damage to you.
Be sure to only block after your opponent has fired the shot. This way, you gain a health boost that keeps you alive longer.
For whom is the build worthwhile? For any PvP player looking for variety. If you want to roam like a knight and smash your opponents like a wall, this versatile build is worth a try. So get your Crown Splitters out and make Lord Shaxx proud.
