Who is Hamako Mori? The Japanese Hamako Mori has been a passionate gamer since 1981. Her “career” as a gamer began with the Casette Vision console, which was only released in Japan and is unknown to us.
Later, Mori switched to Nintendo consoles like the Famicom, which is known to us as the NES. But she doesn’t only play old games. The long list of games she has played includes titles like:

What does Hamako Mori say about gaming? Mori believes that gaming is a wonderful hobby, especially for older people.
If, for example, you have hobbies like sports or fashion, there often comes a time when you can no longer pursue these hobbies due to age. However, it is very easy to continue gaming as a hobby even in old age.
The Japanese also advises young people to start gaming as early as possible, even if they might have hardly any time to play when they are young:

However, she also advises readers to focus more on single-player games as they age:
It is inevitable that you will encounter younger players on the battlefield [in multiplayer games]. Then you will become a burden to them. But I think that as the number of older players continues to increase, at some point there will be special servers where this won’t be a problem.
