Males are often larger than females
For most Pokémon, you need to look closely to see if it is a male or female. Often, it is only certain body parts that are larger in males. One example: The horn of Rhyhorn is smaller in females, just like in Golking.
But this does not apply to all Pokémon: The rear of Scyther is larger in females, and Roselia has a longer leaf that covers its body.
