In the universe-42777, Tony Stark is still a wealthy genius but also a murderer without scruples. At 14, he killed his father and later secretly financed a war between mutants and humans.
As the mutants were weakened, he betrayed them and publicly made himself a hero. To further advance his rule, he created a famine that he then fought against, and with the fame, he became president. He weakened other countries by artificially triggering natural disasters with a machine. With the help of Dr. Doom, he slowly became the ruler of the world, even though Doom betrayed him and disfigured him.
