Who is Doctor Peculiar? Doctor Peculiar seems like a parody of Doctor Strange, but aside from the appearance and the name, he has nothing in common with the Supreme Sorcerer. Doctor Peculiar is nothing more than a dealer of drugs, information, and other illegal things.
His great power is his knowledge. He knows the greatest desires of every Supe and ensures proper payment to fulfill those desires. This causes innocent people to die more than once.
Butcher and Hughie encounter Doctor Peculiar as they investigate a murder likely committed by a Supe. This is where the many pieces of information from Doctor Peculiar come into play. It is unknown whether he has any powers or what they are, but his information gives him a lot of power (Marvelous Videos on YouTube).
