What kind of game is this? Chrono Odyssey is a new MMORPG from developer Npixel, who also created Gran Saga. You take on the role of a member of the special unit “Idraiginn,” waging war against the 12 gods.
Many details are currently unknown:
- There should be a job system that allows you to switch classes like in Final Fantasy XIV
- The battles are said to be action-packed
- The announcement promises realistic graphics
- Massive realm vs. realm battles are planned
- Chrono Odyssey is intended to be not just a game but a large franchise with comics and a series telling the story of the game
For whom is it interesting? It is currently hard to say, as there is still too little info. However, there should be crossplay between PC, consoles, and mobile. The graphics and UI are expected to automatically adapt to the platform. If you enjoy playing on multiple platforms, you should keep an eye on Chrono Odyssey.

What kind of game is this? On Steam, Cinderstone Online describes itself as a “cute and colorful” MMORPG set in a 2.5D world. You always view your characters from the side but can move in all 4 directions in the game world.
The game offers:
- 12 different main classes, each with a specialization as tank, healer, or DD
- Action-packed battles
- A large and open game world
- A main story and dynamic quests in the world
- Housing along with a personal farm
- Various life skills, including mining, woodcutting, and fishing
- In the endgame, everything will revolve around caravans transporting goods from one place to another, as well as battles over fortresses, reminiscent of ArcheAge
For whom is it interesting? Cinderstone Online targets fans of sandbox MMORPGs who do not place great value on realistic graphics. However, colorful and action-packed adventures await you here. A tendency towards grinding should probably be present.
How likely is the release in 2022? 50%. Cinderstone was originally supposed to be released at the end of 2021. Since then, a playtest has been running to which one can be invited on Steam. There have been updates from time to time. Steam still states that the MMORPG is set for release in 2022.
