The Matrix is a neuro-interactive simulation created by an artificial intelligence. The brains of unsuspecting humans are kept busy so that the AI can farm their bodies and use them as energy sources. Reality has become just an illusion for humans.
The film of the same name from 1999 not only raises some interesting philosophical questions but also shows a perfect virtual reality in which you completely immerse yourself as a “player”. And it is so good that one can no longer distinguish virtuality from reality. If you haven’t seen the film yet, be sure to add it to your watch list!
