Who is Dr. Doom? Driven by his hatred and his desire for power, Victor von Doom is a dangerous villain. He is not only a technological genius but also well-versed in magic. As the ruler of Latveria, he also holds diplomatic power.
Although he is usually a normal human, he has fought against cosmic beings like Thanos multiple times and easily defeated them. He regularly acquires powerful abilities with which he also threatens the multiverse (via Marvel.com).
