Fact 3: Videl is a great sister-in-law for Son Goten
Son Goten is the little brother of Son Gohan and therefore an important part of his life. It is all the better that Videl and Son Goten get along so well. Even if the movies are not an official part of the story, it is clear in Dragon Ball Z – The Movie: Broly’s Return how much Videl is there for Son Gohan’s little brother.
Son Goten was happy when it was established that Videl could become his sister-in-law. For her birthday, he and Trunks looked for a suitable gift for her in the first episode of Dragon Ball Super. Although Goten and Trunks chose the wrong gift while searching for perfume, Videl did not let them down.
Fact 4: This is how they looked at the wedding
The focus in Dragon Ball is on the action-packed fights. So it is all the more beautiful the contrast to the normal family life of the Z crew. Unfortunately, the wedding of Videl and Son Gohan is never shown in the anime, but we do know how they looked at their wedding.
In Episode 3 of Dragon Ball Super, they give Piccolo their wedding photos as the last person. The happy couple is seen in the pictures, completely dressed in white. Piccolo, Son Goku, and Son Goten are also in the photo. However, Piccolo makes two mistakes: He is wearing white, which is usually reserved for the bride, and he blinks in the photo.
Fact 5: Their house was paid for by Mr. Satan
As the daughter of Mr. Satan, Videl grew up in wealthy conditions from a young age. She was to maintain that wealth even after marrying Son Gohan, as her father gifted them a luxurious dream house.
This allowed Son Gohan to focus on his studies. Thus, he did not have to worry about getting a job and paying the bills.
