Who is Spider-Ma’am? In Universe 3123, Aunt May is significantly more active than in the other universes. When her nephew forgets his lunch, she goes to a science exhibition to bring him food. There, she is bitten by a radioactive spider and gains the known powers.
At first, she tries to make money with stunts, but when Leap Frog appeared, her career as a heroine began. When she confessed to her family, they helped her optimize her superheroing. Her nephew built her gadgets, and she regularly helped in various Spider-Multiverse stories (via Marvel Database).
