What is it about? Clare is a low-ranking Claymore. The Claymores are women who are half human and half Yoma. Yoma are shape-shifting demons that prey on humans and can perfectly disguise themselves.
The Claymores have made it their mission to drive these enemies away. Armed with sisters, the Claymores must try to combat the Yomas while not losing their own humanity.
Why does the anime deserve a sequel? When the anime was finished, the manga was only about 40% complete. Therefore, the production team came up with its own ending, leaving many questions unanswered.
For example, epic battles are missing, as well as the resolution of mysteries, such as where the Yoma come from. The setting also reminded of Game of Thrones, which is still being supplied with various spin-offs today.
