Season 1 Chapter 2 is slowly coming to an end. Our author Eilyn has some expectations for the next season in Fortnite after the long wait. Here are her wishes.
When does the longest season in Fortnite end? Season 1 in Chapter 2 has been the longest season in Fortnite so far. Epic announced, that Season 2 will not start until 20.02.2020.
My Wishlist for the Next Season
Since the current season is dragging on, I have quite high expectations for the next one. I hope the wait is worth it and that some of my wishes will come true.
1. A vehicle that drives on land
For Season 2, I wish for a vehicle that can also be driven on land. These military cars that can be found in so many places on the map could be used for driving.
How many times do you run away from the storm, see such a vehicle, and would love to get in to drive safely into the zone? It would only make sense for us to be able to use these in the next season.
Even pro player Ninja wishes for more mobility in Fortnite.
2. Some map changes
Although we received a completely new map at the start of the new chapter. I also like the map very much, but after 4 months without any changes, you have seen everything.
Therefore, for the next season, I wish for a few new places or at least some changes.
If there are changes to the map during the season, it would be even more exciting. This keeps the game fresh and brings variety.
3. More story again
From Seasons 3 to 10, there was a clear story that could be observed through changes on the map, loading screens, live events, and even in-game.
Season X revisited and resolved the entire story. In this season, we haven’t really seen a story.
Only through the loading screens did players piece together their own story. They believe there is a secret, criminal organization in Fortnite.
I have always found the stories in Fortnite exciting and enjoyed following them. Hopefully, we will see a clear story in the next season.
4. More communication from Epic
Since the start of the new chapter, Epic Games has been rather quiet. Communication with the community has decreased significantly.
In the past, patch notes for updates were published in detail and regularly. All changes were explained clearly. Now, patch notes are not published at all or only irregularly.
In the next season, I hope for a return to the earlier communication with Epic, so that it’s clear what has been changed in the game.
5. A cool Battle Pass
Of course, the Battle Pass cannot be missed. I look forward to this the most with every new season.
For the next Battle Pass, I wish for many cool skins and cosmetics. The Battle Pass of Season 11 unfortunately did not convince me much. Only the chic skin motivated me to complete the challenges for it.
Tastes are always different, but as long as there is a skin that I like, I would already be satisfied.
