For this list, we looked at bosses that linger in the mind, and not because they are good. On the contrary: the following enemies are just annoying. And not necessarily because they are so difficult. These bosses primarily stand out due to their poor design and are disruptive factors in an otherwise good game.

Bed of Chaos – Dark Souls
Fans of Dark Souls probably dream at night of this boss, who awaits them in the already poorly designed area “Lost Izalith”. The Bed of Chaos is a boss that doesn’t really have much going for it, but you can still die easily for the wrong reasons.
You need to destroy two weak points on the sides of the tree-like being before you can advance to the heart through the middle. The problem: The boss sweeps its long arms through the entire room, which wouldn’t be that bad if the player character didn’t get hit by a failed dodge attempt and fall to the ground. However, during the fight, parts of the floor break, greatly increasing the odds of a free fall into certain death.
Combined with a stubborn camera, poor hitboxes, and a rather long way back from the save point in the event of death, the Bed of Chaos stays in memory. But not in a good way. This is particularly regrettable in a game filled with cool bosses and noticeably lowers the gaming experience in the last third of Dark Souls.
