What is Destiny 2? Destiny 2 is a loot shooter by Bungie and the successor to the popular first Destiny. You still blast through hordes of aliens and steal their stuff.
This makes your characters, the Guardians, even more powerful. Destiny 2 is regularly expanded by so-called seasons. The current season 7 in June, the “Season of Opulence”, brings back an old acquaintance and a familiar location in a new guise.
What’s new in Destiny 2?
The Season of Opulence begins on June 4 and runs until August 2019. You can expect another meeting with Calus, the decadent emperor of the space turtles of the Cabal.
He challenges you to prove your worth and to embark on a treasure and mystery hunt throughout the system – and in previously undiscovered areas of the Leviathan.
Season 7 also contains the following features:

Why should you play Destiny 2?
The many contents of season 7 promise plenty of new activities for Destiny fans. Additionally, as a owner of the Forsaken expansion, you get even more, including a new 6-player activity where you can wreak havoc through the emperor’s zoo.
Regardless of how you start season 7, there is plenty to do to have many hours of fun with Destiny 2.
