Fallout 76: One Wasteland – Survival MMO
Genre: Survival MMO | Developer: Bethesda | Platform: PC, PS4, Xbox One | Release Date: September 15, 2020 | Model: Buy2Play
What kind of game is this? Fallout 76 has been known for a while. It is the first MMO in the Fallout universe. It’s a survival MMO where you and other players must survive together or in competition in the wastelands of Appalachia.
In mid-September, however, a major update called “One Wasteland for All” was launched. This makes the game more accessible and overall more interesting. There are now scaling enemies, daily operations, legendary skills, and much more, which significantly improve the entry and gameplay fun.
These are the highlights of Fallout 76: One Wasteland
The major highlight of One Wasteland should be familiar to fans of The Elder Scrolls Online. Years ago, the update called “One Tamriel” made the entire game world accessible at once by removing level and faction barriers.
One Wasteland essentially does the same. The enemies now scale with your level. Thus, previously weak enemies still offer a challenge to strong heroes and provide good loot. On the other hand, previously overpowering opponents are adjusted to the level of weaker players, so you won’t get beaten up at every corner. Specific enemies, however, have maximum and minimum levels, ensuring that a complete noob doesn’t farm the toughest monsters right away.
Further highlights of One Wasteland:
- Daily operations where you can earn a lot
- Legendary skills
- Public teams offer even more benefits
- New season pass
Why should you play One Wasteland?
The new update primarily targets players who have wanted to play Fallout 76 but were put off by the entry. This is now different, because thanks to the scaling enemies, you can freely explore the world from the start.
Thanks to the even more useful public groups, teamwork is now easier. There is no better time than now to get into Fallout 76.
But the new features will also please veterans and returners. Especially the legendary skills and the new operations are worth a look.
