Fortnite – Season 10
What is Fortnite? Fortnite is a colorful battle royale shooter that you can play for free. You must be the last player remaining at the end and have not only weapons and vehicles at your disposal, but also buildings. Because almost the entire game world can be dismantled and rebuilt.
Every 10 weeks, a new season begins in Fortnite, in which the map changes dramatically and you can unlock specific skins and goodies themed around a particular subject. In August, this is the case with Season 10.
What’s new in Season 10?
Season 10 brings some significant changes to the game:
- Many mobility items have been removed, the game was slowed down.
- There are now massive mechs with a lot of hit points and brutal weaponry.
- The developers want to change the map more often and constantly introduce new and familiar content.
- Instead of weekly changing tasks, there are now mission sequences.
- There is again a battle pass with tons of skins that you can unlock for more options.
Why should you play Fortnite?
The game principle of Fortnite hasn’t changed after 10 seasons. It’s still a colorful battle royale game with building elements. However, if it has been too fast-paced and hectic lately, you might have more fun now. Because apart from the skateboard and the new, quite cumbersome mechs, all vehicles have been removed.
The game also offers more motivation and progression than ever before with the new missions and numerous unlockable skin options. Therefore, Season 10 – especially due to the retro flair of the old locations – could attract various fans back who found the game too fast in the last 3 seasons.
