The Elder Scrolls Online – Dungeons & Battlegrounds
In The Elder Scrolls Online, new content continues. After the latest chapter-addon Morrowind, the Content-DLC Horns of the Reach will start in August. The DLC provides you with two new dungeons, a new PvP battleground map, and some new features in the base game.
The Elder Scrolls Online – Off to the Hawkring and Bloodforge
The highlight of the DLC is clearly the two new dungeons “Bloodforge” and “Hawk Ring”. In the Bloodforge, the wild Reikmenn and their minotaur buddies have taken over the namesake forge. This was supposedly created by the Daedric Prince Hircine and can produce weapons of great power. Your heroes must thwart the enemies’ plans.
The Hawk Ring is a city. The settlement is besieged by the Reikmenn and allied monsters. To save the city, you must break through the siege ring and enter the city. There, you will face the thrilling final battle against the leader of the attackers. Both dungeons can additionally be played in veteran mode for more loot and increased challenge.
The Elder Scrolls Online – Huttball in Tamriel
In the new 4vs4 battlegrounds, there is a new map with “Horns of the Reach”.
Although the Arcane University is located in the Imperial City, you do not need the Imperial City DLC as you visit the arena via the PvP browser. However, you need the Morrowind addon, as only then can you play the battlegrounds.
In the Arcane University, ESO is heavily inspired by SWTOR.
As in the legendary Huttball from the Star Wars MMO, you must hold a chaos ball in the university to earn points. The longer you hold the ball, the more damage you and your team take. Additionally, the ball weakens you further.
With its mix of PvP and PvE action, Horns of the Reach is interesting for every ESO fan. As with all DLCs, you can purchase Horns of the Reach in the Crown Store as soon as it is released in August.
