Genre: Life Simulation | Developer: Asylum Entertainment | Platform: PC | Release Date: November 30, 2018 (in Early Access) | Model: Buy2Play
What kind of game is this? Identity is an MMO and at the same time a life simulation. You play in a world that aims to be as close to reality as possible and is meant to be located in a fictional American state.
A first trailer was intentionally reminiscent of the successful series Breaking Bad. There, two people are in a trailer making meth. The classic!
What drugs are in the game?
- Alcohol
- Methamphetamine
- Cocaine
- Other “Narcotics”
What role do drugs play? In Identity, drugs play an important role. You can join one of two factions, either the police or the criminals.
As a criminal, you are expected to start small by manufacturing drugs in your garage. However, you should work your way up to becoming a well-known drug baron.
The police, on the other hand, are supposed to catch you and make your life difficult. Even PvP is possible.
How are drugs portrayed? In Identity, drugs are seen as a normal crafting resource. You can manufacture them, process them, trade them, and make money off them.
However, the game is far from finished, and this is evident in relation to the drugs as well.
