The Elder Scrolls Online – New DLC and Start of the New Year
Genre: MMORPG | Developer: Zenimax Online| Platform: PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Stadia | Release Date: April 4, 2014 | Model: Buy2Play
What kind of game is this? The Elder Scrolls Online is a theme park MMORPG from ZeniMax set in the world of Tamriel about 1,000 years before Skyrim.
You can experience the story of the MMO with other players or complete it solo. Through special phasing technology, the world changes dynamically for you, while for other players around you it may remain the same.
When creating your character, you choose from 10 races and 6 classes. This system is complemented by skill lines that expand your character’s repertoire.
These are the Highlights of ESO
ESO receives three DLCs and a major expansion every year. In 2020, it moved towards Skyrim to discover the Black Heart of Skyrim. In the new year, everything revolves around Oblivion and the villain Mehrunes Dagon.
In this context, The Elder Scrolls Online offers you:
- Regular updates, at least one each quarter
- A truly large game world
- Fully voiced quests and exciting stories
- Varied dungeons
- Server-versus-server PvP
An insight into the MMORPG is provided by YouTuber Entenburg:
Why You Should Play ESO in March
On March 8 (PC) and March 16 (consoles), the first DLC of 2021 will be released. With “Flames of Ambition,” two new dungeons and a prologue quest will come that will lead up to the new expansion Blackwood.
So if you want to know how the year will continue and what story awaits you, you should check out the new content. However, the DLC must be purchased or the optional ESO+ subscription must be taken out to access the new content.
The Elder Scrolls Online is currently one of the most successful MMORPGs on the market. On Steam, it belongs to the MMOs with the most players.
