Dungeons & Dragons Online aims to provide a gaming experience similar to what you know from pen & paper role-playing sessions. You find yourselves in an adventure group and set out to complete quests in a large world. There, you encounter many creatures that stand in your way. D&D Online thrives on the popular D&D rules, which still have many fans today.
The MMORPG was released in February 2006 and has been continuously expanded with updates and addons, giving players plenty of content to expect. Graphically, the online RPG is not up to date but also not ugly. It runs very well on older computers, as it is anything but demanding.
