Naruto: The secret that will remain secret?
In Episode 101 of Naruto, Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke try to find out what is under Kakashi’s mask. They imagine that he might have gigantic lips or rabbit teeth that he wants to hide with his mask. It turns out: He is simply wearing a second mask underneath!
The episode is humorously designed, as Team 7 comes up with several plans to uncover Kakashi’s secret. In the end, there is great disappointment that viewers still haven’t seen Kakashi’s face. His appearance was long one of the biggest mysteries of the anime.
In fact, there is one episode where the secret is revealed: In Episode 469 of Naruto Shippuden, we see Kakashi’s true face. However, the original Episode 101 remains memorable, even though Kakashi’s appearance is still not shown. The comedic inserts are simply perfect and the imaginations about Kakashi are just absurd.
Sailor Moon: The secret of the tree
The story surrounding the tree of dark power is the first arc of the second season and encompasses 13 episodes. In it, the two aliens Ail and Anne collect life energy for the Makai tree, which in turn gives this energy to the two aliens.
They collect the energy by unleashing Cardiane (creatures created by them) on people. What they do not know is: The tree does not need energy, but love.
Representative of the arc is the last episode 59. In this episode, the storyline reaches its climax, as Bunny must transform into Sailor Moon to protect herself and Mamoru from the raging tree. Anne loses her life while trying to protect Ail – thus discovering love for the first time. The tree revives her and comes back as a new shoot.

Dragon Ball: Goku’s tough test
When the Z team is not caught up in battles, it’s nice to see how they live their daily lives. In Episode 170 of Dragon Ball Z, Son-Goku and Piccolo want to get their driver’s license – at Chi-Chi’s urging. This leads to several humorous scenes, where the two have a race, for example.
The episode is so entertaining because it contrasts with the otherwise serious episodes. Particularly funny: Piccolo is seen in the episode wearing a shirt and cap for the first time. This doesn’t really fit the otherwise tough Namekian, which makes it even funnier.
Small spoiler: Unfortunately, the two do not pass the driving test. Why that is and how Chi-Chi reacts, you should best watch for yourselves.
