What is it about? Fifth grader Takashi Horimachi gets a new classmate: a blue boy named Taro Tanaka, who grows a horn from his head. The new student turns out to be an alien, but only Takashi recognizes the boy’s true form. He desperately tries to prove to others that Taro is an extraterrestrial.
The anime features funny and silly situations where Taro plays pranks on Takashi. The fifth grader repeatedly finds himself in embarrassing situations, from which a special friendship develops.
