Which animes and series are in the list? For the list, we have only considered animes and animated series where a clear reference is recognizable. A simple straw hat that appears in other series could just be coincidence, for example, if no further reference to Luffy is made.

Dragon Ball
In what form does One Piece appear here? In episode 17 of Dragon Ball Super, Krillin receives a call on his phone. A melody plays that fans of One Piece might recognize: His ringtone is “On the Way”, the eighth opening of the anime.

Eiichiro Oda, the creator of One Piece, and Akira Toriyama, the illustrator of Dragon Ball, have been good friends for a long time. In an interview from the One Piece Color Walk in 2001, they talk about their appreciation for each other and have admiring words for each other.
Haikyu!!
In what form does One Piece appear here? The protagonist Hinata is a passionate fan of the pirate adventure. He rushes towards Pedro in Volume 72 of the manga, who is currently reading the One Piece manga. Hinata brings his own copy of the manga and asks Pedro who his favorite character is. His own favorite is swordsman Zoro.

The story of One Piece had a great influence on Haikyu!! manga author Haruichi Furudate. In an interview with Yomiuri, he explained that he oriented his language towards One Piece. Therefore, he uses simple sentences instead of complicated ones. No wonder that One Piece made an appearance in the manga.
Gintama
In what form does One Piece appear here? Gintama has particularly many references to One Piece. At the beginning of episode 121, for example, there is a reference to Luffy, who is seen on the Thousand Sunny, stretching his arm like rubber with the power of the Gum-Gum fruit.

But there are more references. The spin-off series of Gintama directly used the iconic opening of One Piece and integrated its own characters (via twitter.com). In another scene, it is even shown how a Devil Fruit is eaten (via reddit.com).
Assassination Classroom
In what form does One Piece appear here? One Piece also has several appearances in Assassination Classroom. The most obvious reference can be found in the very first episode of season 2. There, Karma is playing a One Piece game on his Nintendo DS.

Two more references can be found in episode 43. Here, Luffy’s pose used when activating his Gear ability is briefly shown. In addition, Koro-sensei stretches out his arms in this episode and calls out “Gum Gum Slingshot”, a reference to the names of Luffy’s attacks.
The Simpsons
Even in animated series that do not originate from Japan, One Piece makes a guest appearance. This time it is about the fourth episode of the 26th season of The Simpsons. Here, Homer can briefly be seen dressed as swordsman Lorenor Zoro:
