In 2015, Neo Tokyo is attacked by angels. Huge, strange monsters that sow destruction throughout the city. In opposition stand the so-called “EVA” units – gigantic, seemingly machines that must be operated by teenagers whose brainwaves synchronize with the strange robots.
Young Shinji Ikari, whose father leads the EVA project, is also chosen to serve as a pilot of such a unit. However, the already skeptical Shinji cannot cope with the pressure of this task. As the angels become more intelligent and efficient, Shinji must deal with more and more problems – not only from his social environment, as the truth of the EVA project and the angels is revealed to him piece by piece.
If you have the choice, we recommend taking the original dubbing from 2004. The series has since been dubbed again, but the translation in the newer version has some criticism points, even if they are only small.

The rural Mitsuha longs for the big city. The sleepy life in her village with old traditions and little variety bores her. In contrast, Taki, who lives in Tokyo, tries to escape the stress of the big city.
Their dreams unexpectedly come true when Taki and Mitsuha realize that they occasionally swap bodies and take on each other’s roles – which causes quite a bit of chaos.
After a few days, the two then try to get to the bottom of this phenomenon and decide they want to meet. But that proves to be not so easy, as the memories of each other immediately fade after waking up …

Shouya Ishida pays for his sins. He worked hard beside school and sold all his belongings to pay the debts to his mother and then wanted to kill himself.
But at the last moment, he backs away from this plan and tries to rectify the mistakes from his past in another way. As a child, he bullied his deaf classmate Shouko Nishimiya and caused her to ultimately leave school.
When the bullying was exposed, Shouya himself became a victim and has since lived a reclusive life without friends and can’t even look strangers in the face anymore.
Now he accidentally meets Shouko again in a sign language class – and tries to apologize to his former victim. A situation that is also not so easy for Shouko, her family, and the environment of the former class to process…
